Zhenwu Dai is currently a Ph.D. student at Westlake University, with main researh interests in the application of multi-omics and machine learning in cancer research and the central nervous system. His academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Pharmacy, focusing on Biochemistry and Pharmacology, which he obtained through a Sino-British joint program between China Pharmaceutical University and the University of Strathclyde from 2017 to 2021.

Following his undergraduate studies, Zhenwu pursued a Master of Research (M.Res.) in Cancer Biology with a concentration in Cancer Informatics at Imperial College London from 2021 to 2022. His research during this period emphasized medical imaging and bioinformatics applications in cancer.

In 2023, Zhenwu joined Simcere Diagnostics as a bioinformatics engineer, where he contributed to the development of bioinformatics pipelines and machine learning algorithms. He subsequently visited the Developmental Immunology Laboratory at Westlake University from 2023 to 2024. After this experience, he became part of the Guomics team as a Ph.D. student, starting his research in proteomics.
