Mengge received clinical medicine and biomedical sciences training in the joint program of Nanchang University and Queen Mary University of London (2014-2019). While well-trained through scientific research projects in the laboratory of Baoming Li and Xuhui Zeng of Nanchang University (2015-2018), she also went to the laboratory of Yi Rao at Peking University and the laboratory of Benjamin Stieglitz at the Queen Mary University of London for summer internships in 2016 and 2017, respectively. She is now a Ph.D. student at the Guomics lab of Westlake University, working on protein complex and pan-cancer proteome research.
