I am a recent graduate in Laboratory Animal Science, focusing on utilizing advanced animal model technologies to decipher complex biological questions. My research interest lies in constructing and evaluating animal models of human diseases (such as the Parkinson’s disease minipigs model) to provide critical pre-clinical data support for disease mechanism research and drug development.
To achieve this, I am proficient in a series of experimental techniques across small rodents (mice, rats, rabbits, guinea pigs) and large animals (minipigs), including routine administration and blood collection, advanced surgical procedures, and molecular biology assays (e.g., PCR, Western Blot). I have been deeply involved in the entire workflow from model establishment, pre-operative preparation,intra-operative monitoring, to post-operative sample analysis. I am committed to integrating rigorous experimental operations with cutting-edge molecular biology techniques to generate reliable and quantifiable biological data. Through this practice, I aim to contribute my technical skills to building more accurate disease models and advancing translational research.
