Shuaiyao obtained his Master’s degree from Fudan University (2019-2022), where he conducted research in Professor Huiru Tang’s laboratory. After graduation, he joined the Bioinformatics Department at PTM, Co., Ltd (Hangzhou) as a Bioinformatics Algorithm Engineer. In 2024, he began his PhD studies at Guomics (Professor Tiannan Guo’s laboratory), focusing on spatial proteomics and the development of protein identification software. His research aims to develop AI-driven spatial proteomics analysis methods and high-performance computing tools to enhance deep proteome profiling capabilities at single-cell resolution. His work emphasizes the integration of artificial intelligence with biology to advance life science research.
