20251008-09 Westlake Symposium for AI Proteomics and Virtual Cell

20251008-09 Westlake Symposium for AI Proteomics and Virtual Cell

In this new era of deep integration between artificial intelligence and life sciences, we sincerely invite you to attend the Westlake Symposium for AI Proteomics and Virtual Cell, an international academic conference to be held at Westlake University (Yungu Campus) from 8-9 Oct, 2025. This symposium will bring together leading global experts to explore cutting-edge breakthroughs empowered by AI in life sciences.

Conference Highlights – Two Cutting-Edge Themes:

  • AI Proteomics:
Innovative applications of deep learning and machine learning in mass spectrometry data analysis, protein identification, and functional prediction.
Featuring the AI Proteomics Competition (AIPC), an international algorithm challenge.

  • AI Virtual Cell:
Advances in integrating spatial and temporal multi-modal data for cell modeling, driving digital decoding and predictive understanding of biological systems.

This symposium aims to accelerate the development of precision medicine by fostering interdisciplinary dialogue across borders and disciplines. It will help establish new research paradigms and provide strong support for building a world-class hub for AI-driven life sciences.

We look forward to seeing you at Westlake in Oct, 2025!
