Hongchen Zhang received his medical degree from Peking University Health Science Center in 2018, specializing in gastroenterology. Following his training, he developed a particular interest in endoscopic procedures. His clinical practice focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic diseases, both benign and malignant. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Zhang is actively engaged in research. His current research project aims to analyze the mechanisms and therapeutic targets related to fibrosis in chronic pancreatitis. He has published numerous articles in medical journals and successfully led a project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China.
