孙耀庭于2017年12月加入蛋白质组大数据实验室,主要研究方向为临床蛋白质组学与人工智能交叉方向。
博士研究生在读期间的主要研究内容为“基于蛋白质组学与神经网络对甲状腺结节的精准诊断”。本研究首次通过国际多中心临床大队列样本的蛋白质组学图谱与人工智能手段结合,对甲状腺结节的良恶性进行精准判别。该研究是目前世界上最大规模的组织蛋白质组学研究。新冠疫情期间,主导或参与的新冠相关研究4项,以并列第一作者在Cell、Computational and Structural Biotechnology杂志发表文章2篇。博士研究生阶段曾获得“博士研究生国家奖学金”、“苏武奖学金”、“义翘神州奖学金”、“优秀研究生”、“三好学生”、“优秀研究生干部”等奖学金及荣誉称号。
