Sonia has recently graduated in Biomedical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of madrid. During her final year, she specialized in bioinformatics while studying in Málaga, where she collaborated with the Biomedical Research Institute of Málaga (IBIMA). Her work focused on the analysis of omics data to study the tumor microenvironment and identify biomarkers that could improve personalized cancer treatment. Sonia is especially interested in combining computational tools with clinical data to address real-world biomedical challenges.
