Qi is a researcher in proteomics and multi-omics integration, with a focus on brain biology. She received her PhD in Biology from Westlake University, where she developed expertise in large-scale, mass spectrometry-based proteomics.
Her research centers on elucidating the spatial organization of the brain proteome and its dynamic remodeling during aging. She has extensive experience in profiling post-translational modifications (PTMs), and integrating multi-regional and temporal datasets to uncover molecular mechanisms underlying brain aging and neurodegeneration.
